Faktor yang Memengaruhi Rendahnya Minat Penggunaan Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang Intrauterine Device di Kampung Keluarga Berencana

Minat masyarakat Indonesia terhadap Intrauterine Device (IUD) sebagai Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) relatif sedikit. Rendahnya minat IUD karena sebagian besar askeptor keluarga berencana (KB) kesulitan menentukan pilihan kontrasepsi. Faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan diantaranya pengetahuan, persepsi efek samping, dan dukungan suami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan samping suami rendahnya MKJP IUD. menggunakan metode analytical descriptive pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 393 KB dengan sampel 76 KB. Instrumen adalah kuesioner. Analisis data uji chi-square. Hasil menunjukkan signifikan antara nilai p 0,000. Ada 0,005. Tidak ada pengetahun 0,143. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan cukup baik mengenai tidak menjamin akseptor mempunyai Persepsi mereka sangat pengambilan keputusan jenis kontrasepsi akan dipakai. Selain itu, berdampak pada ibu MKJP.
